The Hotel Villa Zoia has 42 rooms, 17 located on the first floor and 25 on the second floor.

On the first floor there are four French bedrooms, two triple bedrooms and eleven Classic typology bedrooms, divided into doubles and twins (with separate beds); all the rooms on the floor are equipped with a shower, with the exception of a double bedroom suitable for the needs of people with disabilities.

On the second floor there are two Junior Suites, two triple rooms, eight Classic rooms and fourteen Superior rooms, divided into doubles and twins (with separate beds); all the rooms on the floor have a shower with the exception of four rooms with a bathtub (one double, one triple and the two Junior Suites) and two rooms suitable for the needs of people with disabilities.
